This folk opera by Anaïs Mitchell intertwines two Greek myths: The tragic love story of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and the decaying marriage of King Hades and Persephone.

Set in a post-apocalyptic, New Orleans-style world, it explores themes of love, doubt, and the cost of survival against an electrifying musical backdrop.
